General Terms and Conditions for Participants
The purpose of the association The Exhale Master Course (hereinafter: The Exhale) is to provide face-to-face and online courses in classical music, chamber music, movement culture, nutrition and psychotherapy.
1. Publication of online courses and subscriptions
1.1 The online courses organised by the association The Exhale Master Course are published in advance on the website www.the-exhale.com (hereinafter referred to as “the website”). The publication announces the date, the name of the instructor(s), content, duration, course material, reference to the fees of the respective courses, requirements for the attendance of the individual courses and other technical details (hereinafter referred to as “course publication”). The Exhale reserves the right to change the course publication.
1.2 The Exhale offers access to recordings of the elapsed classes for a limited period. Price and period of accessibility to the recordings are set out in the course publication in advance.
1.3 IIn order to sign up for a course, the user is obliged to create a user account with their name, e-mail and billing address on the website. Participants with a user account (hereinafter referred to as a “participant”) can sign up to the courses published by The Exhale as long as they meet the requirements set out in the course publication.

1.5 Participants who signed up for the classes shall gain access to the video and sound recordings of the class for a period stated in the course publication.
1.6 Course and membership fees are to be paid upon signing up by electronic payment.
1.7 The Exhale reserves the right to refuse attendance if the requirements are not met or the course fee has not been paid in time.
2. Cancellation and refund policy
2.1. In case of cancellation of classes by the participants until the start of the class, the full amount of the fee is to be refunded. Refunds are carried out to the credit or debit card or to the same payment account used by the sign-up process. In case of no prior cancellation of classes by the participants, no refund will be issued.
2.2. The participant can cancel the membership any time during the membership period. In case of cancellation, the membership ends at the end of the last day of the membership period. The cancellation does not entitle the participants to a refund of the membership fee.
3. Donations
The Association The Exhale is a non-profit organisation that accepts donations for the financing of its activities. Donations can be made electronically on www.the-exhale.com or via bank transfer.
4. Recordings
4.1 For reasons of quality assurance and marketing purposes and in order to provide access to participants of elapsed classes for a limited period of time, the online courses are recorded (image and sound). Participants will usually be notified of the recording at the start of the courses. Should any participant not agree to the recording they can either leave the course or switch off their own video and sound transmission. This does not entitle the participants to a refund of the course fee.
