These two sessions over two days are designed to achieve a greater understanding of performance anxiety, for yourself as a performer and also as a teacher, and to equip you with in depth knowledge to better support students.
February 23rd: Part 1
Understanding performance anxiety: why it manifests itself and understanding the root cause.
February 24th: Part 2
How to deal with and treat performance anxiety.
In both sessions there will be opportunity to share experiences, raise questions/topics to discuss and reflect.
Participation is not compulsory and participants can attend anonymously (by changing your zoom screen name and keeping the camera off) if they feel more comfortable.
