Laura is a joyful and irreverent teacher, who strives to create a calm and fun environment in which to learn, whilst imparting professional knowledge and genuine chef tricks and tips. She has worked in the industry as a chef and teacher in London, Singapore, and the US. In addition, her previous experience as a Lecturer at the Culinary Institute of America and current work at Waitrose Cookery School in London makes her uniquely qualified to teach, and gives her an interesting perspective on food history, and food future, the ethics of eating, and a particular personal interest in nutrition, vegetarian and vegan recipes.
