After young chef Quentin Lachat earned his spurs in famous kitchens such as Gstaad Palace, Carlton St. Moritz or the Nomad in N.Y., he has now founded his own company together with a passionate cooking friend. John Revilla, for his part, made a U-turn following his business studies and stood behind the fragrant pans and pots of promising restaurants in and around Bern. Passionate, easy-going and stylish, the two of them continuously come up with new ideas at various locations throughout Switzerland. The essence of artisst is the combination of taste and appearance. John and Quentin prepare their works of art with regional products and use them completely – wherever possible – without producing waste. The two visit local markets to pick up their ingredients from organic farmers. At The Exhale, they will present their selection of fresh, regional products and share their preparation methods.
